- RequiresNo Adobe software at all
A PSD arrives and there is no Photoshop within reach: the client's logo, a designer's handoff, an old project file. This page reads the file's flattened composite, the image as last saved, and writes it as a lossless PNG with transparency preserved. Layers, text and effects are not re-rendered; what Photoshop last showed is what exports. Files in CMYK, Lab or 16-bit colour are declined with a clear message, since converting those wrongly would be worse than refusing.
Questions
Will it look exactly like it did in Photoshop?
Yes, because the exported image is Photoshop's own flattened composite, not a reinterpretation of the layers.
Why are CMYK files refused?
Print-space colour converted casually looks wrong on screens. The page asks for an 8-bit RGB copy rather than quietly shifting your colours.
Do the layers survive anywhere?
In the PSD, untouched. The PNG is a flat export beside it.
